You need to know that internet connection here is awful! It was slow in the beginning and now the connection is interrupted all the time. Almost impossible to work from home for me.

Apart from this, the Summit is great. Compared to other apartment complexes, the rooms are much bigger, and the prices for rooms with private bathrooms are lower than other complexes offer. Plus, utilities and maintenance are included, unless your block spends above $25 for the electricity, then you pay the extra. I am really impressed by the bus that runs every 10 minutes in the morning and once in 20 minutes the rest of the day. All the managers are cheerful and ready to help. And maintenance service guys are brilliant. They respond quickly and are very helpful. I am especially grateful to Brian for hanging my curtain rod! My window became beautiful due to him)
